The top of our offensive countdown is dominated by two teams, who look to be on a crash course in the playoffs! Here’s the top 10 offensive players as things stand!
1. Chris Soanes, Merthyr Tydfil Trojans, 16.67 PPG
Chris rises above his teammate to top of the table off the back of his 16 scores! He’s done his damage in less games than most in the league. The Trojans are undefeated so far this year, and have an explosive offence with two monstrous receivers who will cause issues for any defence.
T-2. Richard Harris, Merthyr Tydfil Trojans, 16.50 PPG
Richard’s partner in crime has a penchant for finding paydirt. He’s already top of our defensive rankings with 4 scores there, but he’s added another 14 offensive touchdowns. He’s got an eye-popping 15 XPs to his name as well.
T-2. Henry Williams, London Smoke, 16.50 PPG
Henry has been the most prolific of the talented Smoke receivers, with 21 TDs already. He’s got speed for days, and moves that will de-cleat you before you realise what’s hit you.
4. Johnnie Kerr, London Smoke, 15.13 PPG
Johnnie is the ying to Henry’s yang. With plenty of speed himself, Johnnie is more a redzone target, with excellent body control. Just look at his goal-line stats – 13 XPs is a tremendous haul. He’s also got 18 TDs.
5. Arron Timson, Northants Titans White, 14.25 PPG
Arron is the leader of a strong Northants Titans White receiving corps, and has experience with the Blue squad against stronger sides. He’s used that experience well, and has 18 TDs of his own. Like another of his teammates, we’re surprised not to see him in the Premier Division squad, especially with their recent struggles.
Here’s the rest of our top 10!
